Agriterra, LLC is looking to hire an Extraction Manager for Holistic Health Capital. The Extraction Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and maintaining all activities related to marijuana and cannabis extraction in a manufacturing setting. This position will be responsible for ensuring on-time completion of the extraction and distillation processes as assigned.

Essential Duties

Communicate with upper management and ownership regularly.
Improve and standardize existing extraction processes.
Develop, update, and enforce SOPs to maintain state compliance.
Maintain all necessary records to ensure state compliance.
Train new hires and ensure they remain compliant with training requirements
Supervise entry level technicians working in the extraction zone to ensure extraction equipment is being used safely and properly
Operate machinery
Ensure quality control standards are met
Ensure production quotas are being met
Ensure machines are operating efficiently and being serviced as needed
Work closely with the Inventory team to ensure orders go out in a timely manner
Supervisory Responsibilities: The Extraction Manager will oversee Manufacturing Technicians working in the extraction zone to ensure they are efficient and compliant with state regulations.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

The Extraction Manager is Full-time Non-Exempt. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with some overtime possible. Work hours vary depending upon facility needs. The duties of this position are required to be performed at the worksite.

Work Environment

Outdoor weather conditions (extreme cold, extreme heat, humidity, other typical Missouri weather patterns) could be present.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively with coworkers. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Travel: No travel required

Computer Skills

Proficiency in iOS, Google Suite, Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, required.

Eligibility Qualifications

3-5 years in an extraction laboratory setting, preferred
1-2 years in the marijuana industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in state-licensed facilities
1-2 years in management positions, preferred.
Experience with METRC, preferred.

Additional Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to obtain Facility Agent ID
Certificates and Licenses: No certifications or licenses are required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $23 per hour based on qualifications.
