Candidate MUST have a passion for plants, cannabis and furthering your career in the industry Must have a reliable means of transportation, great communication skills, ability to adapt and should NOT APPLY if these criteria cannot be met.
MUST have a VALID COLORADO MED badge.
This state of the art facility has an automated BLOOM feeding system, LED fluence lights, triple and double stacked rolling racks.
Full time Gardeners are in charge of sanitization and maintaining  canopy in designated rooms. This includes ensuring defoliation deadlines are met and all rooms are spotless by the end of each day.
Candidates who wish to apply and are called back for a working interview after the initial in person interview will be put to the test. This is an extremely demanding role and those who cannot hang will be weeded out quickly. The first month of work will be considered a trial period ($16/hr). If the candidate is unable to perform at the pace / efficiency / care level required, they will not be invited back for a full time position. IF the candidate enjoys the atmosphere and the manager decides that he/she is worth keeping but is unable to “pull their weight” in the garden, they may be reassigned to the trim team($16/hr)
Candidates that make it past the trial period will be true team players and bumped to $18/hr for the first 6 months. Raised to $19 then $20 depending on individual value / improvement on the job. We do not leave each other hanging. We communicate and we work long hours, daily. This is not a job to come in and be lazy. We do not tolerate apathy or any sort of retaliation to task assignments.
IPM training is not required but is preferred and these candidates will be considered first. Product knowledge & awareness is a major plus.
