420 Job & Career Description:

• The Administrative Manager reports to the Operations Manager and (i) assists with day-to-day operations at the production location as well as (ii) evaluates models to maximize efficiency, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, sanitation, and product quality.
• All reports to the Operations Manager include updates on the site and what needs to be purchased.
• The candidate needs to know how to implement reliable growing processes, including pesticide application, biological treatment, irrigation, fertilization, nutrition, climate control, and monitoring the overall health of plants and climate changes.
• The candidate must know traceability and have knowledge of compliance required.

420 Job & Career Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2-3 years of cannabis outdoor growing experience;
• Strong passion for the industry;
• Self-driven and motivated;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and the ability to learn new programs;
• Understanding of plant requirements, irrigation scheduling, fertilization, integrated pest management, and construction of Hoop Houses/Greenhouses;
• Ability to show initiative and commitment to the company’s goals & vision;
• Ability to manage people, individual workflow, and improve processes;
• Ability to budget, program, manage and set schedules;
• Hiring, train, supervise and manage a production crew;
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers both written and verbally;
• Ability to speak or understand Spanish; not mandatory, but very important;
• Work with the management team to develop production expectations;
• Crop management, quality control, and troubleshooting crop issues;
• Maintain records of crop activities including pesticide applications;
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment for their area;
• Comply with all WAC regulations, compliance, and safety & health requirements;
• Attend conference meetings with the management team to communicate production schedule, updates, and plans;
• Maintain computer records and produce written reports of production activity;
• Traceability knowledge to prepare and plan for new plantings, inventory of plants, and receiving records;
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate what is needed;
• Maintain equipment and communicate problems to the team accurately and on time;
• Able to stand, walk and move around for long hours at a time;
• Perform other duties as assigned; and
• Willing to work long hours and weekends where necessary.
