• Vegetative Lead at Cannabis Cultivation Company in Harrah Oklahoma

JOB & CAREER SUMMARY:

• Cultivator’s Choice is a premier cannabis company looking for an experienced employee who can efficiently run our Vegetative, Clone, and Mother Room.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cloning: You will manage the cloning inventory based on our flowering schedule. You will ensure that an adequate amount of clones are cut, labeled, and attended to.
• Topping: Topping teens and pre-teens when appropriate Working with Grow Supervisor to determine the best time to top plants during their three-week vegetative span.
• Nutrient Tanks: Responsible for checking PH and EC levels.
• Mother Plants: Maintaining healthy Mother Plants is vital. You will manage their health, ensure that they look vigorous and are thriving at all times. You will report to the Grow Supervisor if there are any issues and remedy it immediately.
• Pest and Disease: Daily walkthroughs to scout for any issues, including pests and disease, if anything is found, notify the Grow Supervisor.
• Clean up. Beyond plants, the room must remain clean and organized at all times.
• Various jobs as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
• Cannabis experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• We are looking for hustlers and reliable employees.
• If you aren’t a hard worker you won’t cut it here.

Estimated Salary: $12 per hour based on qualifications.
