Are you looking to break into the booming marijuana and cannabis industry as a General Laborer for the Cannabis Industry near Santa Rosa, California?

***IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR SANTA ROSA CALIFORNIA AND GLEN ALEN CALIFORNIA AREA***

Emerald Peak is a mobile cannabis processing company, we dispatch crews to provide services to our clients who need help with their cultivation.

Emerald Peak can offer work all year long for those willing to travel within a 100 mile radius of Santa Rosa California.

We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time general laborers to start work immediately: Monday- Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Job Requirements:

• Hand trimming, bucking down whole plants, and big leafing.
• Able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis being trimmed.
• Proper grading of flower.
• Ability to focus for long periods of time while trimming.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Very good organizational skills.
• Able to work well with others and good communication skills.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with Cannabis is preferred (6 months – 1 year).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• NO felony convictions.
• Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (Ride drop-off’s are not permitted by).
• Experience: Some trimming experience is required. Please do not apply if you have never trimmed before.
• Must have reliable transportation, and prompt attendance is a MUST.
• Notification in advance of any schedule or attendance issues is required.
• Reliability is very important. Late arrivals and no-shows will not be tolerated.
• Plan to bring lunch with – generally we do not have enough time to go out to lunch.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and other tasks as assigned.
• Appreciation of a dynamic, ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Positive attitude; works well with others.
• A passion to learn and grow with the company.

Job Type:

Compensation:

• High Earning Potential Trimmer pay is Production based at $100 per day per unit or $12 / hour minimum wage whichever is greater.
