JOB & CAREER TITLE:

• Grow Metrc Administrator for Cannabis Company in Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Job Overview:

• The METRC Administrator is responsible for tracking all inventory of the cultivation and MIP facility to always ensure complete accuracy.
• Further duties include oversight that the facility is operating within all rules and regulations at the federal, state, and local level as well as liaison with agencies including, but not limited to, state regulatory agencies, METRC, fire, health, law enforcement, and building inspectors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience working with METRC and in cannabis cultivation is strongly preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare and transfer product from cultivation department to wholesale/packaging.
• Maintain METRC and other data entry.
• Coordinate and maintain schedule with Grow Manager.
• Maintain facility inventory system, ordering materials as needed based on set par levels.
• Create and maintain plant tag move logs.
• Record and reconcile daily waste logs.
• Collect and record daily trim crew weights.
• Sort and weigh flower and trim, keeping accurate logs of weights.
• Quality control of sorted flower before transfer.
• Oversight of facility cleaning and maintenance schedule.
• Organize and maintain facility file system.
• Maintain proper signage, both legal and safety-related.
• Keep all compliance records up to date.
• Waste disposal oversight
• Ensure SOPs agree with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Accompany all compliance-related visitors in the Grow.
• Assists Grow Manager with other duties as needed.

Competencies:

• Accuracy with data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and PC skills.
• Current knowledge of cannabis industry laws for appropriate jurisdictions.
• Data logging.
• Experience with METRC.
• Timely and reliable.
• Follows instructions.
• Flexible schedule, available to work nights and weekends as needed.

Work Environment:

• This job operates in a greenhouse environment.
• Conditions are often humid, hot, and bright.
• Standard gardening equipment is often used in this job.

Physical Demands:

• This is an active position requiring regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day.
• The position requires talking and hearing as well as visual acuity.
• Employees must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Expected Hours of Work:

• Days and hours of work may vary by scheduling or seasonal needs.
• Evening and weekend work is required.

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must be occupationally licensed to work in the cannabis industry.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Estimated Salary: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
