JOB & CAREER SUMMARY:

• We are currently seeking B2B National Inside Sales Representatives.
• As a Sales Representative, you will partner with us to help wellness retailers and health practitioners introduce these game-changing formulas to their patients.
• You will run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and everything in between.
• You will be required to work at our corporate office in Ronan, Montana.
• This is not a home-based position, however, after three months of proven sales, remote work can be considered.
• You will be working Monday to Friday during an 8-hour shift.
• The number of hires for this role will be from 1 to 3 employees.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• B2B inbound phone sales.
• B2B outbound phone sales.
• Strong and proven track record of closing new accounts.
• Minimum weekly quota of 5 closed accounts.
• Achieve and exceed sales metrics and revenue targets for your position.
• Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Ensure account profitability by maintaining margins.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Smokeshop and/or dispensary experience is a plus.
• Have 2+ years of Business-to-Business phone sales experience.
• Able to dial 30+ cold calls daily.
• Able to work well in a team setting.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Have good computer skills.
• Be able to use software, such as Google Workspace (Formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary: $15 per hour based on qualifications plus commission.
