- The mission for the role is two-fold: assist in supporting our existing customers and working with our Director of Sales to generate new sales opportunities.
- The person who fills this role will be trained in Account Management, Prospecting and Pipeline management.
- Responsible to schedule qualified opportunities for Sales.
- Conduct lead research and initial outreach.
- Assist in professional demonstrations of Olla products.
- Attending conferences and trade shows, where applicable.

- Ideal candidates are based in Southern California, and will work from our Santa Barbara offices.
- College Graduate or relevant work experience (Digital Marketing, Business, English, Psychology, Communications).
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
- Cannabis or Startup experience is a plus, but not required.
- Salary + Commission: $30,000 to $45,000 + Equity.
