Job Description:

  • Olla is looking for a highly motivated, organized individual to join our growing team.
  • You’ll be working in an exciting, fast-paced environment with the ability to truly be part of the business.
  • The mission for the role is two-fold: assist in supporting our existing customers and working with our Director of Sales to generate new sales opportunities.
  • The person who fills this role will be trained in Account Management, Prospecting and Pipeline management.
  • Responsible to schedule qualified opportunities for Sales.
  • Conduct lead research and initial outreach.
  • Assist in professional demonstrations of Olla products.
  • Attending conferences and trade shows, where applicable.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates are based in Southern California, and will work from our Santa Barbara offices.
  • College Graduate or relevant work experience (Digital Marketing, Business, English, Psychology, Communications).
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
  • Cannabis or Startup experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type:

  • Full-time.

Compensation:

  • Salary + Commission: $30,000 to $45,000 + Equity.
