JOB POSITION TITLE:

• Trimmer for Marijuana Grower in Mililani Mauka Hawaii.
• The job position title of Trimmer is also known as a: Bucker, Bud Trimmer, Laborer, Harvest Worker, Weed Trimmer.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

As a Trimmer, you will be responsible for bud trimming for a cannabis grower.

Trimmers are responsible for the manicuring and preparation of the cannabis plant.

Trimmers must be able to take raw material and prepare it for the Harvest Manager to cure.

This entails cutting the flowers and leaves off the branches according to the company’s grading system.

The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state regulated system.

At all times trimming work will be performed following company sanitation guidelines, including the proper use of sanitary/protective gloves.

Looking to hire someone that is able to accomplish new tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

• Previous trimmer and trimming experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous bucker, bud trimmer, laborer, harvest worker, and weed trimmer experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced agriculture setting is preferred but not required.
• Previous work experience in the medical marijuana or recreational cannabis industry is a plus.

• High School diploma or GED credential.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and REQUIREMENTS:

• You can talk and hear regularly.
• You can sit, stand, or walk for the entire shift.
• You can bend, stoop, squat, and reach.
• You can physically lift at least 45 lbs.

• Lead Trimmer.
• Harvest Manager.

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

• Employment Types: Contract, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary.
• Work Shifts: 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour.
• Availability: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
