JOB TITLE:

  • Business Analyst

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating actionable reports, dynamic dashboards, metrics for the management team, and ad hoc project analysis focused on pricing models, production forecasts, cost controls, and customer segmentation.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and recommendations for performance and process improvement
  • Build analytics, KPIs, and business processes, and use performance insights to drive improvements
  • Perform reporting and analysis, bringing insights to the sales and management teams regarding customer retention and marketing budgets
  • Establish tracking and analysis of key sales and marketing metrics, and continuously perform analysis that provides key insights that will move the needle.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable cannabis policies and regulations is required.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Accurate data entry and record keeping. 
  • Highly proficient in Windows-based software, MS Office software, and Internet navigation.
  • Must be over 21 and able to pass a federal background check.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, and position objects, tools, or controls. 
  • The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 10 lb.
