DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a liaison between our client(s) and the contact center operations team.
- Work with the contact center operations team to monitor and ensure that we are meeting the requirements and success goals of the program.
- Schedule and attend daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creatively and strategically drive improvements to meet or exceed client success goals.
- Provide ongoing and timely feedback to the COO and the Vice President of Global Contact Centers.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to grow customer and partner relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn multiple system applications with minimal direction.
- Superior time and task management skills.
- Enjoy working in a highly interactive and collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Windows/Office.
- Ability to pass a background check.
