DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a liaison between our client(s) and the contact center operations team.
  • Work with the contact center operations team to monitor and ensure that we are meeting the requirements and success goals of the program.
  • Schedule and attend daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creatively and strategically drive improvements to meet or exceed client success goals.
  • Provide ongoing and timely feedback to the COO and the Vice President of Global Contact Centers.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow customer and partner relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn multiple system applications with minimal direction.
  • Superior time and task management skills.
  • Enjoy working in a highly interactive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Windows/Office.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
