JOB TITLE:

  • Compliance Auditor

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute physical inventory count, cycle count, and destruction quarantine count.
  • Organize Products in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Maintain all logs and proper documentation as directed by the Lead Auditor in real-time.
  • Execute the destruction process as directed by the Lead Auditor in strict adherence to state protocols.
  • Execute all METRC/Leaflogix adjustments as directed.
  • Report directly to the Lead Auditor and will take direction and additional duties as necessary.
  • Note Compliance conflicts and direct them to the Lead Auditor.
  • Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Compliance Manager.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
  • 6 months of experience in inventory tracking is required.
  • Previous METRC experience preferred.
  • Previous LeafLogix experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
  • Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.
  • Able to lift and move up to 35 pounds occasionally.
  • Regular and on-time attendance.
  • Hours may exceed 40 hours per week.
  • Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicles, and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
