JOB TITLE:
- Consolidations Manager
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the intercompany eliminations and consolidations processes, including oversight of system procedures.
- Oversight of monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis.
- Responsible for all intercompany transactions and processes, including assisting in the creation and compliance with intercompany transfer pricing agreements.
- Manage our internal accounting team to ensure accounting and tax reporting are in accordance with both statutory and US GAAP rules.
- Manage accounting system consolidations and work with system administrators to facilitate resolutions on close and reporting related issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist with quarterly reviews, annual audits conducted by external auditors, and tax filing preparations.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of practical experience working with global processes and tools in areas of intercompany, multi-currency consolidations, and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
- Good understanding of business processes within Finance, general ledger systems, and foreign currency translation.

- The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
