JOB TITLE:
- Content Producer
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for project management and the timely and consistent output of content.
- Collaborate across different departments and disciplines to create and publish the desired materials to effectively engage the target demographic on a variety of digital and print platforms.
- Create and develop written content for marketing campaigns, mass email, and SMS communications.
- Work with the marketing team to generate ideas and concepts, developing written content documents (manuals, guides, blogging, presentations).
- Works as a resource specialist in all aspects of the organization’s content, including development, design, researching, proofreading, writing, and maintaining business and technical publications.
- Create copy for marketing campaigns and print/digital assets; including but not limited to headlines, taglines, body, fine print, etc. to promote products and sales.
- Work closely with Social Media lead to create and develop captions, ideas, and themes.
- Craft responses to negative reviews and comments across digital platforms.
- Write short and long product descriptions considering relevant keywords and unique product features.
- Stay on top of digital content trends and propose ideas to keep the brand relevant.
- Solicit feedback from key stakeholders, summarize, and follow up with appropriate resources efficiently to complete projects on time.
- Ensure team output is consistent, timely, and of the highest quality on an ongoing basis.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in advertising, creative, digital marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Incredible planning and organization skills
- Great analytical skills, able to utilize status reports in the maintenance of content project schedules and the identification of issues in the projects
- Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
- Ability to brainstorm, collaborate and take technical and creative direction
- Outstanding communication skills both in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in WordPress or comparable CMS
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- Experience with email marketing design and delivery tools (Hubspot preferably)
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills: proofreading, content layout, production, and audience engagement measurement concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
