JOB TITLE:
- Curbside Attendant
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for completing the processing of all incoming curbside orders from the online platform(s).
- Pulling inventory from the sales floor and entering products into the customer’s sales order
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship.
- Answers customers’ questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and/or effects.
- Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
- Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and register area.
- Reports all issues to management.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Stellar customer service.
- Ability to work within a team and on an individual basis.
- knowledge of basic computer systems.
- Understanding and knowledge of Cannabis products.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds, occasionally.
- May include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over, and/or crouching.
- Moderate to loud exposure to noise level.
- Exposure to long periods of bright lights.
- Prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones.
