JOB TITLE:

  • Curbside Attendant

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for completing the processing of all incoming curbside orders from the online platform(s).
  • Pulling inventory from the sales floor and entering products into the customer’s sales order
  • Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship.
  • Answers customers’ questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and/or effects.
  • Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
  • Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and register area.
  • Reports all issues to management.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Stellar customer service.
  • Ability to work within a team and on an individual basis.
  • knowledge of basic computer systems.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Cannabis products.
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds, occasionally.
  • May include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over, and/or crouching.
  • Moderate to loud exposure to noise level.
  • Exposure to long periods of bright lights.
  • Prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones.
