JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact with potential customers, current patients, and physician office staff in a manner that positions our company for success and provides the best customer experience possible.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service.
  • General support with allocations/deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot various customer issues and establish standardized processes for each instance.
  • Work closely with delivery and sales partners to resolve customer issues.
  • Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of company products and current state laws regarding medical cannabis and delivery regulations.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong passion and familiarity with cannabis culture.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very strong organizational & multi-tasking ability.
  • Well-versed in Google Suite (particularly Gmail, Docs, and Sheets).
  • Self-motivated, displays a strong ability to work independently and stay on task with little oversight.
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, employees, and clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
