JOB TITLE:

  • Data Entry Clerk

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quickly and accurately transfer data from a variety of sources, including written and recorded reports.
  • Correct existing data, update and develop new and existing databases, and be comfortable working independently with large amounts of numerical and written data.
  • View and verify confidential or private customer/client information.
  • Verify data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation.
  • Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed.
  • Investigate discrepancies, discover causes, and report to management.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
  • Two years of previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Fast typing skills: Knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Metrc knowledge is a Plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
