JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of the technical functions of the delivery station for a single route, multiple routes, and on-road operations.
  • Lead process-improvement efforts and manage the implementation of business process solutions.
  • Partner with tech developers on software-based enhancements (e.g., menu changes, select delivery time window, select delivery day).
  • Mobilize company resources through effective liaison with lead drivers, to create projects capable of driving the business forward and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Raise the safety, quality, productivity, and capacity performance on road via regular barrier-breaking deep dives and metric creation.
  • Develop standard work for in-station and on-road tasks and use data to ensure that standard work is both being followed and continually improved.
  • Champion excellent driver and customer experience while continuously improving last-mile on-road performance. Be a subject matter expert for delivery operations.
  • Deliver a comprehensive summary of post-project metrics and areas of potential improvement, and apply insights to future efforts.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • 3+ years of Management Experience.
  • Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all management responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability as metrics drive last-mile success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Age 21 or over (Required).
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required).
