JOB TITLE:

  • Delivery Verification Agent

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating and updating Leaf Logix and online delivery account profiles.
  • Verifying that all state requirements are met to proceed with a compliant sale
  • Pulls inventory from the sales floor and staging orders to assist processors.
  • Inbound and outbound customer phone calls.
  • Resolving account creation issues for customers.
  • Creates an exceptional customer service experience with customers.
  • Providing any necessary support for the delivery processors.
  • Reports all issues to management.
  • Daily compliance with state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge of basic computer systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
