JOB TITLE:

  • Demand Generation Manager

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for leading demand generation strategies and initiatives through multiple channels to drive the acceleration of new buyers across our product lines.
  • Develop dynamic B2B demand generation programs that leverage marketing automation and optimize lead scoring to accelerate MQL, SQL, and revenue goals.
  • Use expertise to understand the differences in customer profiles and how certain features in a campaign might appeal to customers and draw them in.
  • Develop a hypothesis of what campaigns you think will be most successful and how they align with the overall marketing goals.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 years of professional experience with a degree; 7 years of professional experience without a degree.
  • Experience with ABM, marketing automation, CRM, lead scoring, segmentation, revenue attribution, influence, and ROI (we’re Salesforce/Pardot).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and heat-mapping tools.
  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of demand generation efforts at each level of the funnel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting on metrics.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
