JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive brand awareness and traffic through social media, digital advertising (brand and performance-based), affiliate marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, external partnerships, and other digital marketing programs.
  • Contribute, support, and facilitate the management of corporate websites, and brand websites. Includes SEO, CMS, go-live products, build-out of product pages, and store listings.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage all social media and day-to-day activities including curation of all published content, expanding community outreach, conducting online advocacy, and managing efforts in building online reviews.
  • Maintain editorial and marketing content calendar; work with the design team to develop and assemble content.
  • Manage outside vendors/agency partners to develop engaging content marketing programs that drive business goals, overseeing content development and project timelines.
  • Develop a social influencer campaign strategy, and manage execution and promotion.
  • Weekly reporting of all operational websites: Quantitative & qualitative.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC), display media, programmatic, and video advertising campaigns with media partners and vendors.
  • Full CRM execution and email marketing, on both consumer and b2b levels.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or other relevant major.
  • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with social media trends and Google Analytics.
  • a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and Smartsheet. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and through written media.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.
  • Great planning and project management skills.
  • At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • May require prolonged standing and some bending, walking, standing, bending stooping, and reaching.
  • Work is performed both inside and outside a fast-paced medical cannabis dispensary.
  • Occasionally moving and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasional work will be performed at off-site events, both indoors and outdoors, and will be subject to weather conditions.
  • Frequent contact with vendors, contractors, the public, customers, and staff.
