JOB TITLE:

  • Digital Menu Specialist

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the implementation and organization of product menu images, descriptions, pricing, and promotional updates for all retail menus and web-based platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with store, merchandising, and marketing partners to provide menu photos for all Cloud Cover and 3rd party products (launches and ongoing maintenance). 
  • Manage the creation of new products in LeafLogix and update vendor and strain information for all items in the retail portfolio.
  • Collect & organize product images, descriptions, and categories on the company’s e-commerce platform.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and promotional changes on all consumer-facing platforms.
  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure accurate integration and execution of all data inputs and updates.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with 3rd party digital platform vendors (LeafLogix, Dutchie, Weedmaps & Leafly)
  • Assist Merchandising Planning team with market analysis, vendor day coordination in stores, and other job duties as needed.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in inventory management or data analytics.
  • Strong experience manipulating data with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to develop and implement operational best practices.
  • Good judgment in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
  • Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Proven ability to establish strong credibility and build relationships, operate in an environment of ambiguity, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
