DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability.
- Build and sustain solid relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Conducting employee evaluations and suggesting improvements as required.
- Research and monitor market trends, competitors’ sales activities, and consumer needs.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of company products and services.
- Set high expectations for exceptional patient experiences that are engaging, educational, and personalized.
- Hold patient care management and staff to high expectations and accountable to the measurable results applicable.
- Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each location.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Operations Management to ensure quality and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years experience working as a District Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Territory Manager.
- Experience in developing and creating effective sales route maps/plans.
- Previous experience and success in growing brand awareness and brand recognition within a given region, while using innovative strategies.
- Must have maintained P&L responsibility for significant retail operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills, financial aptitude, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
