JOB TITLE:

  • E-commerce Specialist

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Optimizing all product listings for photography, product copy, and enhanced product page content across all e-commerce channels.
  • Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals.
  • Collaborate with product launches and special announcements.
  • Preparation of assets such as image, video, and copy.
  • Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
  • Recognize trends, and identify best-selling products and key performance indicators.
  • Weekly reporting and analyzing of traffic, sales, and trends.
  • Compile monthly analytics reports for e-commerce.
  • Regular merchandise site, best-selling products, article recommendations, stock-outs, and collection optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot, report, and work with the appropriate team(s) to resolve website bugs.
  • Assist with monitoring product reviews.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Project management skills and ability to work efficiently under a tight timeline.
  • Educational degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
  • General knowledge of e-commerce platforms and or marketplaces.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail are a must.
  • Solutions-oriented, self-starter, and strong work ethic.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to measure key success metrics.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Understanding and/or strong interest in the cannabis market.
