JOB TITLE:

  • Endpoint Environment Administrator

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical expertise in developing and maintaining endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, iOS).
  • Deploy and/or manage enterprise management tools and support solutions (Intune, Jamf, TeamViewer, etc.).
  • Perform and monitor all endpoint patching activities for workstations, mobile devices, and other managed endpoint platforms.
  • Design, integration test, deploy and remediate endpoint software and configuration ensuring that endpoints remain successfully managed.
  • Respond to endpoint security events and identified vulnerabilities.
  • Address complex endpoint IT issues escalated by support teams.
  • Participate in knowledge management and the creation of knowledge base articles.
  • Perform white-glove technical support services for local executive staff.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Diploma/University Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in an IT Support setting and 3+ years in system/endpoint administration.
  • Previous experience in an ITIL environment.
  • Experience in Intune, macOS, iOS, and Azure AD administration (JAMF and Kandji a plus).
  • Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with an attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices related to modern management of endpoint solutions.
