JOB TITLE:
- Hardware Support Specialist
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining an inventory database of all assets, and owning the process of receiving national and international shipping deployment, and warehousing of assets.
- Work alongside the Partner Success and Technical Support teams to ensure internal and external customer service needs are met on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of remote technical hardware issues.
- Configure and test printers, kiosks, and other hardware devices.
- Troubleshoot printer, kiosk, and other hardware configuration and connectivity issues.
- Assist with projects and testing of new product offerings.
- Suggest internal tooling and process improvements.
- Work both as a team and individually on a daily basis to brainstorm and tackle opportunities in creative ways.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of organized inventory management (Preferred).
- High-level attention to detail, time management, and prioritization.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting understanding.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack and Teamviewer.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
