JOB TITLE:

  • Hardware Support Specialist

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for maintaining an inventory database of all assets, and owning the process of receiving national and international shipping deployment, and warehousing of assets.
  • Work alongside the Partner Success and Technical Support teams to ensure internal and external customer service needs are met on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of remote technical hardware issues.
  • Configure and test printers, kiosks, and other hardware devices.
  • Troubleshoot printer, kiosk, and other hardware configuration and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with projects and testing of new product offerings.
  • Suggest internal tooling and process improvements.
  • Work both as a team and individually on a daily basis to brainstorm and tackle opportunities in creative ways.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of organized inventory management (Preferred).
  • High-level attention to detail, time management, and prioritization.
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting understanding.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack and Teamviewer.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
