DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for leading a team focused on the implementation of our POS software.
  • Day-to-day management and coaching of team members to improve productivity and client experience.
  • Support clients with their implementation of the POS software to ensure they have the best experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Customer Success Management, and Product teams to improve our cross-functional operations to provide a best-in-class Saas experience for cannabis operators.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail cannabis experience.
  • Experience working with the LeafLogix platform.
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Effective leadership with a proven ability to build, inspire, and motivate teams.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about the cannabis consumer and dispensary experience.
