JOB TITLE:

  • Innovation Brand Manager

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute the company’s innovation portfolio and product pipeline.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of R&D, Operations, and Marketing in the creation of long- term innovation pipeline.
  • Lead close-in launch across wholesale and retail locations in collaboration with retail, brand marketing, and sales teams.
  • Partner with the Insights & Analytics teams to develop research plans that result in uncovering new, relevant insights, whitespace opportunities & future innovation pipelines.
  • Lead clinical and claims development strategy.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA Marketing and/or MBA
  • 3-5 years of experience with progressive responsibility in brand management. 
  • Consumer-packaged goods marketing, medical product marketing, and/or cannabis marketing are preferred.
  • Familiarity with primary and secondary market research and data analysis.
  • Experience and proficiency with P&L / budget management.
  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
