JOB TITLE:

  • Media and Production Manager

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working closely with designers and marketing team members on written briefs to source the right production items.
  • Building production schedules, and making sure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain a list of all relevant partners across agencies, media, suppliers, freelancers, and other marketing touchpoints to provide operational efficiencies.
  • Planning media campaigns across billboards, print, and digital outlets using data insights to maximize reach and engagement with a defined audience for the best possible price.
  • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and provide suggestions to continually optimize.
  • Foster vendor relationships to benefit the company to get the best insights, placements, lead times, and prices.
  • Coordination with compliance and legal prior to all production.
  • Oversight of agencies, designers, freelancers, and other production resources to ensure that they deliver on time and within budget.
  • Using digital platforms and production workflows to increase organizational efficiencies.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of media industry experience planning, negotiating & implementing campaigns across billboards, print, and digital outlets.
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing production experience across in-store displays, media campaigns, websites, collateral, merchandise, and other marketing communication elements.
  • Cannabis retail or brand marketing experience.
  • Project management skills and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail.
  • Thorough understanding of production requirements, software, and formats (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
