JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide deliveries, acting as a driver or passenger while delivering exceptional service for our customers.
- Acts as a liaison between internal departments to continually improve customer experience and maximize sales.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information in alignment with HIPPA compliance.
- Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring the validity of their identification and registration.
- Record each visit using appropriate software, ensuring the accuracy of patient information, and recording notes if necessary.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the Cannabis based therapeutics, and services provided by the organization.
- Recommends products to customers and caregivers, including therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- During delivery, ensures safe transport, complete and accurate manifest, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is stocked, clean, and in proper operational order.
- Comply with policies and procedures and assist in the development and upkeep of Delivery Standard Operating Procedures.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year or more of driving experience in the US.
- Must have an established driving record in Good Standing.
- Ability to navigate efficiently
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Organizational skills, customer service, and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and internet navigation
- Ability to make decisions as necessary with oversight when needed
- Able to function well as part of a team while communicating with team members.
- Age 21 or over.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Government-Issued US Driver’s License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to remain in a seated position inside the vehicle for extended periods.
- Ability to pick up heavy items to load (50 or more lbs.) onto the vehicle.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend in a repetitive motion.
- Move heavy totes, boxes, and other cargo in and out of the vehicle.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery.
- Kneeling, stooping, crouching, and reaching for things on shelving with assisted ladders throughout the duration of the shift.
