DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer service via phone and email.
  • Complete ad-hoc errands for administrative staff.
  • Support with scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Verifying all items on an order have arrived and track delivered.
  • FedEx and UPS pickups and drop-offs.
  • File, organize, scan, and copy documents.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct always.
