  • Patient Liaison (Medical Marijuana Certification)

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completing outbound and inbound calls to and from patients or potential patients with questions regarding obtaining or renewing a medical marijuana recommendation.
  • Scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments and processing payments.
  • Utilizing the CRM system and EMR patient platform efficiently with minimal errors.
  • Providing the best customer service possible to all of our patients.
  • Providing patients with information regarding our processes, procedures, and pricing.
  • Utilizing sales tools provided to sell our services and optimize the amount of money collected.
  • Frequently checking MD Marijuana Card Express emails and responding in a timely manner.
  • Be familiar with state laws in regard to medical marijuana recommendations and use provided during training.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Sales experience, phone sales experience is a plus.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Communication skills and an excellent phone presence are a must.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
