JOB TITLE:

  • Plant Inventory Lead

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain awareness of Grow Room Inventories on the Grow Room Inventory Sheets, as well as the counts as they appear in BioTracks and METRC.
  • Make sure Room Stewards are staying on top of tracking plant counts in their room.
  • Assist the Cultivation Manager with digital and physical plant tracking as needed.
  • Maintain consistent lines of communication with the Cultivation Manager, Cultivation Supervisor, Cultivation Assistant Supervisor, Mother Plant Lead, Veg Lead, and Flower Lead regarding all things plant-inventory-related.
  • Become familiar with the crop scheduling spreadsheet to be able to identify and communicate pertinent dates and associated workflows to Cultivation and other Departments as needed.
  • Serve as Cultivation Department Liaison with Compliance Officer.
  • Coordinate monthly plant audit process for the team and serve as Liaison with Inventory Manager as needed.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of Groom Room Inventory Tracking Sheets, Deletion Log Sheets, Movement Log Sheets, and Grow Room Checklists.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of biology and chemistry related to plant growth and nutrition.
  • Knowledge of plant tracking software, both site approved and state-mandated.
  • Knowledge of basic computer and office equipment operations (inventory systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail.
