JOB TITLE:
- Product Manager (SaaS)
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees new products from their conception to launch, along with each new iteration, this includes go-to-market strategy and execution of the GTM strategy.
- Build product requirements for new products and features and communicate them to the design and development teams
- Work closely with design and UX teams to mock up and test new features to ensure viability prior to handing them off to development
- Perform market research on our competitors
- Own the product roadmap for all products under the Wholesale umbrella, ensure seamless product functionality, decide on backlog prioritization, and take the product vision toward completion.
- Acts as a primary stakeholder for product development planning of features and fixes.
- Perform discoveries with customers to solve business problems and convert high-value ones into requirements and new features.
- Follow the agile development process leading to a successful release of product features
- Runs regularly scheduled business reviews for product features.
- Define, monitor, and report on product KPIs to ensure continued improvement in all areas.
- Learn new technologies to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree Preferred.
- 3+ years experience in SaaS Product Management.
- 3-5 years experience enterprise software product management experience for a related product in ERP, Manufacturing, or Inventory Management.
- Experience in creating and executing Go To Market strategies for new products, features, and markets.
- A technical degree and/or demonstrated technical knowledge, including a full understanding of the definition and function of APIs, n-tier architectures, services-at-scale, etc.
- Must have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of software development life cycle and architecture.
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, creative thinker.
