JOB TITLE:

  • Product Stock Associate

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the physical stock of finished goods inventory in the dispensary.
  • regularly cross-check the physical quantities with the Leaf Logix system quantities and employ best inventory control practices that ensure that these quantities are aligned.
  • reports directly to the Inventory Supervisor and/or Inventory Lead but may be asked to provide support to other departments as well.
  • Provide receiving and transfer information to the inventory supervisor to enter new products into the system.
  • Participate in the flow of physical stock for order processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all areas of the facility, making sure all inventory is put away, secured and the area cleaned. Maintaining areas that are up to OSHA and compliance codes.
  • Communicate and maintain that Promo, Testers, and To Be Destroyed items are in their proper containers, areas, and are correctly accounted for in the Leaf Logix system.
  • Provide all inventory adjustment information for input by others in a fashion acceptable to the state.
  • Make internal quantity checks weekly, focusing on lots with high quantity and/or high transaction volumes.
  • Provide regular reporting as required by internal operations and state requirements.
  • Ensure that Metrc ID tags are located with the correct product within the vault, and sales floor at all times.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information for product menus within the store.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding and knowledge of Cannabis products.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Ability to work within a team and on an individual basis.
  • Willingness to learn, with a high-growth drive.
  • Must be 21 or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds, occasionally.
  • May include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over, and/or crouching.
  • Moderate to loud exposure to the noise level. Long periods of sitting.
  • Exposure to long periods of bright lights.
  • Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones.
  • Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move about a typical office and retail environment.
  • Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.
  • Regular and on-time attendance.
  • Hours may exceed 40 hours per week.
  • Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicles, and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
