JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of complex projects across the company. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for new product launches and other process changes, including coordination of resources involving new platform launches, line extensions, and brand restages.
  • Track project performance and analyze the progress of tasks across all participants to accomplish short- and long-term goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks and project risks early and provide ‘out-of-the-box’ creative solutions to issues.
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and escalate any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end, including milestones and deadlines, tasks, responsible parties, and status updates.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: BA in Business, Management, Marketing, or similar is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others, while also able to work with limited supervision.
  • Critical thinker with tremendous problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, a good listener, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and successfully prioritize to deliver results.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment such as printers, phones, and photocopy machine.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while operating a computer.
  • Must be able to observe, inspect, and detect inaccuracies in reports.
  • Occasionally moving/lifting up to 50 lbs.
