  • Qualify leads and obtains owner information from various sources so management can communicate quickly and efficiently.
  • Document and maintain call logs and report details regarding calls.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Pursuing a career in Real Estate or other business-related fields.
  • Prior phone sales experience.
  • Comfortable spending 80-90% of their time on the phone.
  • Capable of engaging, productive, and informative phone calls.
  • Accurately evaluate and summarize properties on metrics such as size, location, zoning, etc.
  • Growth-oriented, open to new ideas, and willing to learn from upper management.
  • Able to adopt sales scripts, and tailor them to make them your own while keeping calls efficient.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
