JOB TITLE:

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Insights & Analytics) to develop strategies to grow the medical business.
  • Develop business cases and go-to-market plans leveraging consumer insights & financial projections for innovations that support our brand and category plans.
  • Analyze and build tools to assist in the ongoing analysis of complex data, to identify consumer and business insights to enable decision-making.
  • Evaluate current sales intelligence processes and identify opportunities for technical or organizational improvements.
  • Manages update and development of sell-through and revenue reports by geography and product category and sub-category.
  • Support Sales Intelligence function with foundational and ad hoc analysis of inventory, distribution, velocity, and other KPIs important to the sales function.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and be able to establish resources to help solve complex interdisciplinary problems on behalf of the business. 
  • Proactively identify areas for deeper analysis and study.
  • Keep the real-time pulse of the business. 
  • Quickly identify emerging trends, appropriately triage, and action any anomalies found in day-to-day activities and operations.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, or SQL.
  • Experience with SAP sales applications.
  • Experience with API management.
  • Cannabis & CPG industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in analytics, consumer insights, and forecasting Passion for consumer insights and understanding market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to influence action across and outside the organization.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office applications experience.
  • Excellent time management skills with the capacity to deliver multiple large-scale projects within limited timelines.
  • Mastery of creative analytical thinking, with a proven resolution of ambiguous problems with rigorous methods.
  • An agile mindset with a passion for problem-solving, enabling you to strategically tackle challenging situations in a complex and dynamic business environment.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
