DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • First point of contact between prospective customers.
  • Responsible for generating and qualifying new leads.
  • Quickly engage with inbound marketing leads to qualify and convert to active pipeline.
  • Leverage various prospecting techniques to engage with decision-makers, identify opportunities, and schedule first meetings with the company.
  • Cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities for Sales Executives.

  • Develop and execute outreach plans relevant to leads.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system.
  • Participate in trade shows and other general sales activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in demand development, lead generation, or sales, ideally within SaaS businesses.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A knack for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their environment, and introducing new concepts to solve their problems.
  • Organized, process-driven, structured, and methodical with prospecting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
