DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with the Data Team and Marketing Team to conduct market and competitor research, analyze and compile market trends, develop keyword queries, and provide actionable insights to our team to drive our audience reach and content engagement. 
  • Owning, building, and managing the SEO roadmap – leading content development and web optimization projects for the company.
  • Evaluate SEO performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis in order to make recommendations and alterations in a timely manner.
  • Performing keyword research and monitoring keyword performance.
  • Managing local SEO programs individually and at scale.
  • Collaborating with content strategists to incorporate keywords and searcher intent into writing.
  • Analyzing data at an advanced level to identify the root cause of issues. Identifying backlink opportunities and performing necessary outreach.
  • Actively staying current with industry research in order to help facilitate the early adoption of new technologies and advertising channels.
  • Google Ads monitoring & optimization.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency with search marketing tools, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of how search engines work.
  • Passion for knowledge of marketing technologies and the search industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative work environment.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
