DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees full life-cycle development of system and software projects in an SOP-driven environment, including internal and external web development teams.
  • Manage, and work with internal and external outsourced Solution Architects, Project Managers, Technical Integrations Consultants, Functional Applications Consultants, and web development teams.
  • Follow the project scope of an online project that goes from the proposal stage to the technical scope of work, and finally to the delivery of the web store product.
  • Provide periodic project status tasks – reports, workflows, and systems diagrams to be presented to company stakeholders.
  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
  • Implements B2B/B2C digital web store solutions by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate teams; responding to team members’ concerns; coordinating requirements with business units’ departments.
  • Drive unique, engaging experiences with UX and interactive design.
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of B2C, B2B, Marketplace integrations platform, and Product Information Management platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative marketing, sales strategy, and eCommerce teams on B2B/B2C website projects.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or IT-related field.
  • 2 years of Project Management Methodology experience with B2C, B2B, and marketplace Ecom Platforms in a creative setting.
  • 3 years of experience working experience in web programming for B2B and B2C website platforms.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Big Commerce, Shopify, or any other eCommerce platform.
  • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of web programming languages.
  • Experienced in managing and scoping technical projects, providing accurate estimates of work, and resource management.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture as it relates to both front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of project management roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical, methodical, and driven by data.
  • Creative thinker and self-starter.
