JOB TITLE:

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and act as a liaison to candidates to ensure they have all the necessary information throughout the interview process.
  • Post new positions and ensure consistency across job titles, descriptions, and tracking information within our ATS.
  • Source and review resumes and schedule the next steps with the appropriate recruiter.
  • Track candidate journeys within our ATS to ensure accurate reporting and that all candidates are advanced or dispositioned appropriately.
  • Monitor and update TA reports on a regular basis to ensure consistent and accurate data for requisitions and candidates.
  • Connect with candidates following interviews to ensure timely feedback.
  • Create offer letters when requested and ensure efficient and accurate hand-off to onboarding.
  • Managing candidate inquiries across email and phone general inboxes.
  • Support ongoing TA projects, including ad hoc administrative support.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate HR or TA support role.
  • Strong desire to work in an HR function that promotes a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing schedules across multiple teams, locations, and time zones.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
