JOB TITLE:
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and act as a liaison to candidates to ensure they have all the necessary information throughout the interview process.
- Post new positions and ensure consistency across job titles, descriptions, and tracking information within our ATS.
- Source and review resumes and schedule the next steps with the appropriate recruiter.
- Track candidate journeys within our ATS to ensure accurate reporting and that all candidates are advanced or dispositioned appropriately.
- Monitor and update TA reports on a regular basis to ensure consistent and accurate data for requisitions and candidates.
- Connect with candidates following interviews to ensure timely feedback.
- Create offer letters when requested and ensure efficient and accurate hand-off to onboarding.
- Managing candidate inquiries across email and phone general inboxes.
- Support ongoing TA projects, including ad hoc administrative support.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a corporate HR or TA support role.
- Strong desire to work in an HR function that promotes a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing schedules across multiple teams, locations, and time zones.
- Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
