JOB POSITION TITLE:

  • Territory Sales Representative at Cannabis Production and Processing Company in Rochester Washington

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage an assigned territory and stay apprised of existing and new retail partners in that territory. Exhibiting a self-motived mentality with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Performing in-person visits to retail stores for the purposes of offering our cannabis products for sales and enhancing that sales experience by matching products or services to the specific needs of the retailer.
  • Maintain current product knowledge of existing and to-be-released 5th House Farms products.
  • Managing retail accounts by touching base physically with the buyer and owner of retailer regularly.
  • Utilizing Cultivera CRM system to track all sales communications, maintain up-to-date account information, and facilitate customer orders with accuracy.
  • Reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Making sure to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a team setting, maintain a highly professional demeanor, and coordinate sales efforts with the Sales Department team.
  • Attending team in-person or virtual meetings as scheduled.
  • Analyzing and identifying market shifts, trends, pricing, competing brands, and leading 5th House Farms products while recommending solutions to improve sales on slow performers.
  • Reporting daily sales numbers by the end of each day, maintaining account knowledge to be shared at any time.

WORK EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ Years’ experience in a sales-related field, B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Experience working within the Washington State cannabis industry is preferred.
  • Sales Force, Cultivera, or other CRM software experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and clean driving abstract required.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and positive team player.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, strong work ethic, high level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, innovative problem solver, and ability to assist in executing sales department strategies.
  • Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on timely follow-up.
  • Must have a reliable cellular phone and consistent cellular service.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and REQUIREMENTS:

  • While performing duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; talk, and hear.
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Phone & Virtually Time: Approximately 25% of work will be spent on the phone with prospects or in virtual meetings.
  • Frequent independent travel, typically travel is between 50% – 75% of daily schedule.

Estimated Salary: $20 per hour based on qualifications.
