Job Description:

  • Customer Service Agent provides top-notch customer service through phone, email, or chat delivering on-demand, timely, and valuable resolution to clients with questions on private label products based on a fundamental understanding of all operational areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Utilizes best practice to guide customers from BH Private Label approved templates, resources, product suite, in accordance with company guidelines, standards, and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assists in the resolution of related operational concerns, provides relevant information, and makes recommendations for best practice guidance.
  • Delivers or coordinates delivery, as appropriate, of BH Private Label and administrative solutions.
  • Transitions customer inquiries relating to products and other customer full-scope operations to the appropriate team or team member. This may require the coordination of several teams/team members to assist customers with a full one-call resolution.
  • Provides accurate information in an efficient, friendly, professional, and empathetic manner translating to a positive customer and colleague experience.
  • Handles and resolves open cases, chats, and calls in the customer system while keeping customers regularly advised of status and anticipated resolution timing.
  • Thoroughly document all customer interactions in the BH Private Label administrative system using approved methods.
  • Alerts organization to key internal and/or external business concerns (such as constantly evolving regulatory compliance requirements) and trends that affect business results.
  • Proactively updates the department knowledge base with the assistance of other teams members.
  • Responsible for taking initiative and action towards professional development.
  • Responsible for contributing to high customer retention.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay: $15 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $15.00 per Hour
