Key Responsibilities
- Present weekly performance reports to ownership (sales, margin, traffic, conversions).
- Forecast inventory, manage SKU mix, and negotiate vendor pricing.
- Implement promotions, loyalty programs, and community partnerships.
- Coach and develop team through training, feedback, and accountability standards.
- Partner with local businesses to strengthen brand visibility.
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Data-driven decision maker with sales pipeline management experience.
Experience
- 3–5+ years in retail, hospitality, pharmacy, cannabis, or regulated retail management.
- Proven track record improving KPIs and driving team productivity.
- Experience with vendor relations, POS systems, and inventory forecasting.
