Job Description:

• Genesis Bioceuticals is currently hiring experienced members to join our processing team for immediate start.
• We are looking for full-time schedule employees who are open to being flexible to work weekends depending on crop harvest cycle changes.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Can tightly hand trim 1 lb of finished flower per day.
• Responsible for maintaining a quality product while reaching daily quotas.
• Follows and completes the harvest, trim, and packaging plan.
• Follow Standard Operating procedures for de-bucking and trimming.
• Understands that harvest and trim production is timed and strives to achieve expected trim weights through focused attention to the job at hand.
• Maintain awareness of inventories of harvest and trim support supplies to include but not limited to gloves, isopropyl alcohol, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, and any other personal protection or production equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks and report any needs to the Production Manager.
• Ensures the stability and reputation of the cultivation facility by complying with legal requirements at the local city and state levels to include engaging software applications to uphold compliance.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment inside the processing area.
• Must be on time and work regularly scheduled hours.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time and work well with our team.
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a challenging fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Job Qualifications:

• Cannabis trimming experience preferred.
• GED or High School Graduate.
• Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statutes.
• Individuals applying must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years old.
• Applicants must be an Arizona resident.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• An extensive background check that may include personal financial history.
• Unquestioned integrity required.
• Able to obtain a registry identification card.
