• Director of Dispensary Operations for Marijuana Dispensary in Gloucester New Jersey

Job Description:

The DDO will plan and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations including:

• Managing personnel.
• Training staff in sales and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory control.
• Handling the daily procedures of all store-related matters.
• Adhering to strict state and local guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization to implement and maintain protocols, policies, and procedures in accordance with company standards.
• Manages all daily dispensary operations, including retail company processes and staff.
• Supports all retail management staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Communicates executive directives to dispensary management and staff.
• Regularly reports to the executive team about retail trends, inventory needs, sales, and staff performance.

Pay: $20 per hour based on qualifications.

Pay: From $20.00 per Hour
