• Business Operations Specialist at Cannabis Testing Laboratory in Framingham Massachusetts

Job Description:

• Actively engage in learning objectives while participating in job shadowing opportunities.
• Attend department meetings and take notes.
• Complete research and data capturing for various business functions.
• Assist in preparing memos, meeting agendas, and presentations.
• Fulfill support tasks and run industry-related errands.
• Organize conference rooms and office spaces.
• Complete inventory and procurement tasks as assigned.
• Ensure proper and safe utilization of PPE as required.
• Safety-minded and critical thinking.
• Ensure the facility is neat and organized.
• Custodial efforts and coordination backup.
• Assist with continuous improvement tasks.
• Escorting third-party vendors if needed.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience, working in a laboratory or on a work site.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-suite.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to manage emotional and mental state under emergency circumstances.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Has own transportation and ability to be on-site within 60 minutes.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: $21.63 per hour based on qualifications.
