Busy cannabis farm located in Banks, OR – great for someone living on the west side of town (Hillsboro, Forest Grove, Cornelius). If you live out of state and are relocating, let us know the date you will be in town.

• Must have reliable personal transportation – rural area, not on bus line.
• This is NOT a supervisory or management position, must be able to take direction and follow set procedures.
• Commercial grow operation experience preferred, may train highly skilled candidate. Let us know your full cannabis growing history.
• Full Time hours, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with weekend shifts required.
• Initial training period will be Monday – Friday for the first 2-4 weeks of employment.
• After training period permanent shift will be Saturday – Wednesday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Please do not apply if you are not available every Saturday and Sunday as we operate 365 days a year and schedule shifts accordingly. Holidays may occasionally be required that fall on normally scheduled shifts.
• $16.00 – $18.00 per hour depending upon work experience/skills, increases based on merit.
• Paid vacation after 1 year.
• Paid sick time after 90 days.
• Paid holidays after 90 days.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Current OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required.
• Work in both indoor grow room operation and seasonal outdoor field in all weather conditions.
• Duties will include maintaining plants, irrigating, feeding, pruning, transplanting, propagation, and pest management, harvest, help breakdown, clean, and reload grow rooms post-harvest.
• Must consistently keep accurate, legible notes and have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on feet all day, climb stairs, perform repetitive motions, and lift, push, and pull 50 pounds as needed.

• $16 - 18 /
