Job Position Title:

  • Outside Sales Representative for Cannabis Producer/Processor in Eastern Washington

Job Description:

  • We’re looking for a results-driven territory sales representative to seek out and actively engage new retail clients in Eastern Washington. Responsible for customer acquisition and brand growth objectives, executing key growth sales strategies, building strategic relationships with retailer purchasing departments, buyers, and other distributors within the cannabis industry. Ideal candidates should be experienced and comfortable discussing cannabis products, making a high volume of calls and in-store visits daily, generating interest, qualifying customers, and closing sales.

COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary + commission.
  • After 6 Months:
    • Healthcare plan.
    • Car.
    • Cell Phone.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Own and exceed monthly and annual sales targets within accounts.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Identify competition and potential opportunities.
  • Work proactively to grow and maintain branding.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by having current knowledge of supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors.
  • Participate in promotional activities that support brand development.
  • Always represent the brand appropriately.
  • Introduce new and innovative ways to sell that can be documented and shared with the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed the expectations of customers regularly.
  • Work collaboratively with the branding department to foster a culture of continuous brand development and exposure.
  • Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Database management.
  • Establish a referral network and find ways to maximize value from those connections.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years in an outside sales role with a proven track record of growth.
  • Must have a hands-on, proactive customer service style.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • Valid WA state driver’s license.
  • Must have a basic understanding of cannabis products, laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state and local authorities.
  • Able to demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, and quality of work.
  • Communicates interacts and works effectively with others while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Must be motivated, hard-working, and passionate about the cannabis industry. This position requires a strong leader with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Must have ability to: negotiate, build relationships, position products against competitors, excellent presentation skills, prioritize and organize.

Pay: From $Up to 100,000 / Year + Commission after 6 Months: Health Care, Use of Car and Phone per
